I recently visited Twin Peaks and felt compelled to leave a review because the service I received truly exceeded expectations. Destiny was our server, and she was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we sat down, she was professional, attentive, and incredibly welcoming. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask—our drinks were always refilled on time, our food came out quickly, and she made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. It’s rare to come across someone who balances efficiency and genuine hospitality so well. Not only was the service exceptional, but the food was also fresh, flavorful, and served hot. You can tell there’s pride in both the kitchen and the front-of-house staff. Even during a busy time, Destiny remained calm, organized, and continued to provide top-tier service without missing a beat. As a customer, experiences like this are what keep people coming back. Destiny is a true asset to your team and represents your brand extremely well. I highly recommend recognizing her for the level of service she provides—it does not go unnoticed. I will absolutely be returning and will be asking for her again!

I came to watch Game.2 of the NBA Finals and was served by Jonica. She was absolutely wonderful, impeccable service, delicious food. 5 Stars would highly recommend to anyone! I will definitely come back and ask for Jonica, the hostess was also very friendly and professional.

Our waitress chassidy who has trainee is a wonderful server and her smile just lights up a room. She has done a wonderful jobs and we really appreciate her. Food was wonderful and drink were spot on keep her coming. Look forward to see you again chassidy keep up the great work

Great atmosphere! Jodi, Audrey and Sam were the best and took care of us during our entire visit. They also didn't judge my uncle for ordering a "baby" beer (See photo).

Emma B was absolutely amazing at Twin Peaks tonight. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Drinks stayed full, food came out quickly, and she had such a positive attitude even while the restaurant was busy. She really made the experience better and gave some of the best service I’ve had in a long time. Definitely ask for Emma B if you go!

I had a great experience at Twin Peaks! Jodi, Sam, and Haley were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out quickly and exactly how we ordered it. Their energy was positive the whole time, and they really made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The service was on point — drinks stayed full, food was hot and fresh, and they checked in at just the right times without being overbearing. You can tell they take pride in what they do and work well as a team. Definitely one of the best service experiences I’ve had. I’ll be back for sure!

1st visit to B’ham Twin Peaks. Olivia and Amaya were great servers with great suggestions. Really enjoyed the Southwest Salads one with steak and the other with shrimp. Atmosphere is great. We will be back.

1st time visitor from little ol Palm Harbor, FL. Nyah was top notch in service and recommendations. Even better she represented Auburn while everyone else had on Bama attire (gross). Great first experience for me and my wife and wish we were local so we could visit this place more. Very happy we stopped in here. The Tacos were great and icing on the cake was the Peach Crown to go with it.

Skye, Sam, Gracie, and Madalyn are amazing! We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at this restaurant from start to finish. The food was exceptional, beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly made with care and quality ingredients. Every dish we ordered exceeded expectations, and the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and comfortable. What truly made this visit stand out, however, was the outstanding level of service from Skye, Gracie, Madelyn and Sam. The bar staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout the entire evening. Everyone was professional, attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to providing a great experience. Our server (Skye) was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offered excellent recommendations, checked in at the perfect times, and made us feel like valued guests without ever being intrusive. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and customer service are equally impressive, but this restaurant absolutely delivers on both. The attention to detail, hospitality, and overall experience were top-tier. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do, and it truly shows in every aspect of the restaurant. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an enjoyable dining experience with amazing food and exceptional customer care. I will definitely be returning and recommending it to friends and family. Thank you to the entire staff for making our visit so memorable!

Stopped in at Twin Peaks Birmingham for a solo lunch and had a great experience. Katelyn was my server and she was excellent—very attentive and made sure I was well taken care of the whole time. I had the Billionaire’s Bacon Wagyu Burger and it was spot on. Katelyn made sure my drinks stayed full and the service was fast and friendly. It’s a great spot to grab a bite even when you’re on your own. Ask for Katelyn next time you’re in!
